Our scope of operation is in both the Public Service and Private Sector in the entire RSA with our Head Office situated at SUCCESS MATAITSANE House, 17 Iris Street, Heatherdale, Akasia Pretoria, 0182. NUPSAW is admitted to the Public Service Coordinating Bargaining Council (PSCBC) and to major sectoral bargaining councils in the Public<br \/>\nService. Our primary objective is to promote and protect the interest of our members, i.e. Workers First.<\/p>\n<p>VACANCY<br \/>\nNATIONAL ORGANISER<br \/>\nAt Head Office in Pretoria<br \/>\nSALARY: R360 518.40 P\/A plus Motor vehicle allowance, housing allowance,<br \/>\n13th cheque, voluntary medical aid and compulsory pension fund scheme<br \/>\nMAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB<br \/>\nSupervise the overall Recruitment and Organizing function of the Union<br \/>\nKEY RESULT AREAS<br \/>\n\u2022 Ensure Organisers meet recruitment targets and adequately service members<br \/>\n\u2022 Coordinate campaigns across provinces<br \/>\n\u2022 Prepare monthly reports on recruitment, membership, campaigns and launches<br \/>\n\u2022 Monitor the use of Union assets in the possession of Organisers eg Motor vehicles;<br \/>\nlaptops etc. Prepare monthly reconciliations on mileage, fuel and service of Union<br \/>\nmotor vehicles<br \/>\n\u2022 Analyses collective bargaining agreements to develop interpretations of intent, spirit and<br \/>\nterms of contract<br \/>\n\u2022 Liaise with bargaining council shop-stewards and other stakeholders at all levels (when<br \/>\nnecessary).<br \/>\n\u2022 Making sure that all Organisers are operating in uniform, one programme, standard,<br \/>\npolicies and procedures across the country.
