The National Union of Public Service and Allied Workers (NUPSAW) in Limpopo will be laying a criminal complaint against Department of Health officials implicated in the PPE’ corruption in the province. The opening of a case will be preceded by a march to various institutions, including the provincial health department and the department of Education.<\/p>\n
The march will address the following thorny issues:<\/p>\n
– Permanent absorption of CHWs in the Department of Health<\/p>\n
– Backpay of CHWs in terms of Resolution 1\/2018 PHSDSBC<\/p>\n
– Absorption of ECD practitioners in the DoBE<\/p>\n
– Permanent absorption of Grade R practitioners DoBE<\/p>\n
– Indiscriminate application of Presidential proclamation to migrate ECDs to DoBE<\/p>\n
– Fighting corruption in DoH, implementation of SIU report on PPEs<\/p>\n
