The fact that Jacob Zuma is still the President of this country, is proof that our country is led by corrupt individuals who do not value and uphold the constitution nor value the betterment of the people of South Africa. The ruling party has failed to serve and protect its people from corruption and intimidation. We believe that the law should apply equally to all as enshrined in our constitution. “Anybody who breaks the law must be sanctioned accordingly. Nobody should be exempt for this norm. All people who broke the law has seen the might of the law and are in jail. Thus what the country is as asking is merely for him to step down which should be reasonable looking at the seriousness of the offence that he has committed.” said Success Mataitsane General Secretary.
The National Union of Public Service and Allied Workers(NUPSAW), thus urges all South Africans to stand up and save the country from Jacob Zuma and his likes. South Africa deserves to be led by faithful, honest and responsible individuals. As correctly stated by former COSATU Secretary General Zwelinzima Vavi we cannot allow the status quo to continue. Therefore, NUPSAW demands that Jacob Zuma leaves the office for the sake of South Africa.
