NUPSAW will represent members in connection to any matter relating to their employment.


  • Grievance Proceedings on eg. injury on duty, promotions, discrimination, etc.
  • Disciplinary proceedings
  • CCMA or Bargaining Councils or Labour Court proceedings relating to
    • unfair dismissal,
    • nepotism,
    • favoritism etc.
    • unfair Labour practices

The Union also through participation in Bargaining Council negotiates for and on behalf of its members for improvements in working conditions e.g. salaries.
