NUPSAW will represent members in connection to any matter relating to their employment.
- Grievance Proceedings on eg. injury on duty, promotions, discrimination, etc.
- Disciplinary proceedings
- CCMA or Bargaining Councils or Labour Court proceedings relating to
- unfair dismissal,
- favoritism etc.
- unfair Labour practices
The Union also through participation in Bargaining Council negotiates for and on behalf of its members for improvements in working conditions e.g. salaries.
