PROVINCIAL MANAGEMENT
The management of the affairs of the Union in a province is vested in the Provincial Executive Council (PEC). They are elected at the provincial congress held every 5(five) years. In between the provincial congresses, the PEC consisting of the Provincial Chairperson, Deputy Provincial Chairperson, The Provincial Secretary, Deputy Provincial Secretary, Provincial Treasurer, and Regional Chairpersons meets at least once in three months.
